These procedures are performed on an inpatient and outpatient basis, depending on the decision of the patient’s surgeon and physician. Our Minor Procedures Department provides services which include:

• Upper Endoscopy (Esophagogastroduodenoscopy)
• Colonoscopy
• Flexible Sigmoidoscopy
• ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography)
• PEG Tube insertion
• Bronchoscopy
• ECT (electroconvulsive therapy) in collaboration with Behavioral Health Services
• Biopsies
• Cyst and lesion removal
• Minor plastic surgery procedures
• ENT and ophthalmic procedures, such as eye laser surgery
• Wound care procedures such as debridement and skin graft
• Local anesthesia
• IV Moderate Sedation, provided by a anesthesiologist
