Pre-Employment Health Checks
To ensure that a potential new hire is fit for duty based on the job requirements, Saint Clare’s will conduct both a physical, and requested screenings.

Medical Certificate Authentication
Saint Clare’s Corporate Health can provide medical authentication for an employee’s absence from work for health related reasons or for family reasons that fall under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). This will be authenticated by our Medical Director or her qualified designee. It can serve as a “sick note” or corroborate a note provided by person’s family physician or specialist. We can also provide follow up for the patient’s condition if needed.
Return to Work Program
Saint Clare’s will provide return to work evaluations to ensure the safety and preparedness of employees upon returning to work. The return to work physical exam ensures that it is safe for employees to return to work following an injury.
Fit for Duty Program
Saint Clare’s Corporate Health will provide exams to evaluate an employee’s capability and fitness for their assigned duties. This can include an examination to determine if the employee is physically and/or psychologically capable of performing their job’s essential fuctions.
Flu Vaccine Clinics
Saint Clare’s Corporate Health offers flu vaccination clinics at your location.
The Center for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) recommends a yearly flu shot as the first and most important step in protecting yourself and your workforce. The benefits of having employer-based flu vaccine clinics, include decreased absenteeism, healthier work environment, and convenience. Employees can receive their flu vaccine right at work and it is cost effective.
Specialized Wellness Programs
Smoking Cessation – The smoking cessation programs include consultation services that will help to provide the employee the tools to quit smoking and to maintain your workplace as a tobacco-free campus.
Lung Cancer Screening
Lung cancer screening programs detects disease before symptoms appear and reduces the number of deaths from lung cancer. Eligible people are 55 – 70 years old with a smoking history of at least 30 pack years.

Behavioral Health Services
Behavioral health services are designed to address mental health and wellness issues that have the potential to negatively affect employees in the workplace and at home. Services are provided by a licensed clinician in both individual and group format, including mental health, substance use, and risk assessments. In addition, licensed clinicians are available to provide a variety of onsite group sessions (up to 12 persons per session) for employees with personal and/or work-related concerns, such as managing stress, office conflicts, grief and loss issues, and community resources information and referral.
