Overview
Community Support Services (CSS) delivers rehabilitative services that increase daily living skills and maximize independence. The team works collaboratively with individuals and their families to develop an individualized rehabilitation plan incorporating evidence-based practices which assist clients in achieving residential success and skills development.

Our Approach
Our approach is to utilize the evidence-based practices which best assist clients in achieving residential success and skills development. These interventions may include skill-based training in budgeting, landlord relations, and healthy living. Additionally, individuals will recieve services for crisis intervention when needed, as well as referral/linkage to available community resources.

Our team includes licensed Master’s level Clinicians and experienced care managers.
