Providing extraordinary family-centered care is at the core of everything we do at Saint Clare’s. We strive to ensure that you are always satisfied with the care you receive while at Saint Clare’s. How do we know if we are meeting that goal? By asking you and other patients directly what you think about your hospital care.

The post-discharge survey, which is conducted by HealthStream Research – an organization hired by Saint Clare’s Health System – consists of 27-questions on a variety of topics about your hospital stay from communication to cleanliness to responsiveness from staff. We are eager to hear what you thought of your stay, and how we can improve – and you will be asked to rate us with the following criteria of:
