Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and Executive Director, Clinical Operations Saint Clare’s Health System

Jan has been an employee of Saint Clare’s Health System since 1990, where she began as a staff nurse in the emergency department. During her career at Saint Clare’s, she has held many positions, including Executive Director of Emergency Medical Services, Environmental Services, and Surgical Services; Patient Care Manager of the Denville Emergency Department; Manager of Emergency Services; and Director of Emergency Services. Jan now serves as the Cheif Nursing Officer and Executive Director of Clinical Operations at Saint Clare’s Health System.

Jan holds a Bachelor of Nursing and a Master of Science in Health Care Management from the College of Saint Elizabeth. Jan is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives, the New Jersey Organization of Nurse Executives, and the Emergency Nurses Association. Jan is a Certified Emergency Nurse, and is also certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC).
